Refund policy

MARAÑA RETURN POLICY

At Maraña, each bag is handcrafted with care, and we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition. We cannot accept returns on worn or damaged products.

• Process: To initiate a return, please email us at hello@marananyc.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.

• Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 15-21 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Since each piece is handmade in limited quantities, we do not offer exchanges at this time. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we’ll make it right!
