At Maraña, we take great care in preparing and shipping your handcrafted bags. Below are the details of our shipping process:

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days before shipment. Since each piece is handmade, please allow extra time during high-demand periods.

• Shipping Options & Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

• Delivery Times:

• Domestic orders: Estimated 5-10 business days after shipping.

• International orders: Estimated 10-20 business days, depending on customs and local carriers.

• Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

• Customs & Duties: For international orders, any customs fees or import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

Important Shipping Information

• Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been shipped. Once the package is with the courier, it is out of our control. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.

• Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Occasionally, packages are delayed or returned due to incomplete addresses, so be sure to double-check your details.
